Individual and Group Mental Health Counseling

Mental health therapists are available to complete assessments and provide individual counseling at any of our locations. They are experienced with a variety of mental health diagnoses and treatment methods. Both children and adults are treated with family involvement, as appropriate.

Group treatment is an effective method for treating a variety of mental health diagnoses. Groups are facilitated by skilled therapists, who allow individuals to learn new approaches while giving and receiving feedback from peers in a safe and supportive environment.

Individual and Group Substance Abuse Counseling

Substance abuse counselors are available to complete assessments and provide evidence-based best practices in dealing with a variety of substances.  They utilize motivational interviewing to help individuals determine life goals and the steps to achieve them using low-risk choices.

Group treatment is an effective method for treating a variety of substance abuse diagnoses.  Groups are facilitated by skilled therapists who allow individuals to learn new approaches while giving and receiving feedback from peers in a safe and supportive environment. Groups are available for different levels of care and include extended and intensive outpatient treatment.
