Even the strongest people need help sometimes

Individuals and families face a growing number of challenges— troubled relationships, blended families, grief, parenting children and adolescents, substance use disorders, domestic abuse, problem gambling, or identity concerns. For some, mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder, may require professional help.

We offer both immediate crisis counseling and ongoing individual and group counseling for behavioral health issues.
